Why Cap Digitizing Is Different
Caps have a curved sewing surface and a small embroidery area—typically 2.25" to 2.5" tall. Stitches push fabric differently on a cap frame than on a flat hoop. Cap digitizing uses center-out fill patterns, cap-specific underlay, and reduced density in tight areas to prevent buckling and registration issues.
